Same Day Cremations
We are able to offer a premium service whereby your pet’s individual cremation can be carried out on the very same day, or the day of your choice. The process can take between 2 to 6 hours depending on the size of your pet and the time of your appointment. Out of Hour Services
With the help and dedication of our team, we are able to offer ‘Out of Hours’ assistance to owners. We do advise that if you need to speak with us in an emergency that you call us on 01277 890009 and follow the instructions. If your pet is safe at the Veterinary Practice, please call us during our reception hours to arrange a collection. If however your pet has sadly passed away at home, we can collect from your home address or you can bring your pet directly to us (subject to time/distance); this service is only available if arranged with a member of our team. Additional fees are dependent on time/distance
Equine Emergencies
With the help and dedication of our team, we are able to offer emergency assistance to horse owners, during and out of reception hours. We do advise that if you need to speak with us in an emergency that you call us on 01277 890009 and follow the instructions. Collections will only be made after dusk and before dawn if deemed safe to do by our staff (based on time, mileage, weather & light). Please call 01277 890009 for assistance or advice
Chapel of Rest
Often owners are not able to spend the time they need with their pet at the moment of passing. Our Chapel of Rest is available to reserve should you and your family wish to visit to say your final farewells. Strictly by weekday appointment only, we will prepare your beloved pet ready for you to visit; where you can leave a message in our Remembrance Book, and take a stroll around the Garden of Remembrance. First viewings are free of charge, fees may apply for multiple viewings
